14:30 Was only able to do this by switching between side plank and center plank. Still sweating though!
I got this is 15:42. I did girl push ups and took a few rests in between minutes on the planks, but this hurt!!! The first plank was closer to any three minute plank I thought I would ever do. Knees never touched, but the form wasn't great. The other two minutes of plank were messy.
15:58, all push ups on knees.
wish I had done this earlier in the day, it was really tough. Lots of short rests during planks.
15:18, pushups on knees and planks alternating from side to center (with a couple little breaks in there)
Outstanding team! As you can tell by now ending our 1st week of the AB CHALLENGE this is not for meak at heart. But then again if you're not CrossFit you're probably not going to do this. However, I know we have a few of you who are not currently doing CrossFit so this should tell you that CrossFit is for you.
PS: What do you guys think about the "NEW" quotes of the day?
Didn't get the Challenge done today! I fell and couldn't get up!!! I'll try again tomorrow.
13:30 but had to keep switching from side to front plank in order to do it. Also did knee pushups. Jayanne
