40 Front Squats(#155/#95)
*Handstand push-ups will be cut off at 5 minutes, if you have not finished in 5 minutes you will move to the Front Squats
*If you can not do HSPU's then hold for the entire 5 minutes, if you fall off get back on the wall

Rules:
1) Work for 20 seconds
2) Rest 10 seconds
3) Complete 8 total rounds (4 minutes total)
The main focus is to get as many repetitions as possible. Each side (left and right) count as 1 repetition.

142 though I had problems with stopwatch so ended up taking longer break than 10 seconds on one rest period. - Jayanne

183. i got pretty sloppy on my last 20 sec set though. i put the stopwatch somewhere I could see it from the ground and just watched each set until I got to 4:00 minutes.
305, did more like 17-18 seconds on 3 of the rounds... quads cramping a little, abs fine.
217 - but I lost track of how many rounds I did. Oops! Not sure if I did 3 or 4 minutes (6 vs. 8 rounds). Pretty sure I did 8. This one kinda kicked my butt!
