Core Conditioning

Quote of the Day:
"If burpees were easy they'd be called bicep curls"

Complete 5 rounds of:
50m Lunges
21 Burpees

Complete 5 attempts:
Max Repetitions:
a) Elbow to knees
or
b) Toes to bar
*stay on the bar as long as you can, when you drop that attempt is complete

i started to do these on the floor like last time since i don't have a bar. after 100 it seemed like 5 sets of as many as i can do would take all night and would miss the intention of this challenge(?). i'll do this tomorrow on the bar at class.

The ab challenge movements that require a bar are really hard to do if you don't have access to a bar so if you have any questions regarding a movement, email me at coachscott@stonewaycrossfit.com

I got 11 the first time and went down from there, so 11 is my max. I'm sure I could do more if only I could hold on to the bar longer.

Made up this ab challenge on 4/22 make up day. Did Coach's alternative of 150 elbows to knees and 150 bicycles. Took me 8:01, so slow, hope to be much faster next time. JA
