Oh man, those weighted sit ups are a lot harder after the leg raises and plank pike. My time was 11:03.

Lily, my daughter, did this with me. She did it with 10 pounds in 7:30. I did it in 5:55. The weighted sit ups were the hardest.

I did it in 4:18, but I only had (2) 8-lb dumbells, so 16 lbs on the sit-ups.

8:12...I enjoyed the variety in this ab challenge. I pulled together an assortment of dumbells and came up with 26 lbs.

11:30, but I had to improvise a bit. I don't have an exercise ball and I didn't know how to do the plank pike without one, so I did the modified ab roller that Scott showed me the other day. I also have no weights so I also filled a gym bag with books, but only about 15lbs. Still tough for me though!
