CrossFit Endurance?

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

AB CHALLENGE
100m Inch Worm

How to do an "Inch Worm"?
1) Walk hands out to a push-up position
2) Complete a push-up (chest to ground)
3) Walk feet up to hand with straight legs
4) Repeat Step 1

Training for a distance event? Compliment your current CrossFit training w/ Endurance training and improve your times across the board.

converted 100 meters to 110 yards (my tape measure is yards). did 22 inchworms in 2:53, all push ups on knees. i still owe elbows to knees from yesterday, will do them at the first bar i see on my trip... you know what I mean:-).

oops, i did that wrong. i measured feet, darn. I need to do this again. 100meters converts to 328 feet (I only did 110 feet). good thing i'm not a carpenter.

I did the sub for yesterday. It took 10:45. It hurt!! I will make up the inchworms. Ow! on the shredded hands from the parking lot.
