I read The Truth About Rhabdo. This article is about what happens to a baseline athlete who gets dehydrated while doing a high intensity work out, such as CrossFit. The condition is compared to what happens to a crush or electrocution victim!!! So drink your H2O!

I am not exactly doing the assigned task, that just wouldn't be my style :-}. I got the Paleo Diet for Athletes book and I have almost finished it in two days. Its a little more about endurance athletes than Crossfitters but it is my kind of book. I will of course hand it off to Scott when I see him on Saturday if I can remember. The person I thought of getting the most from it would be Dana. She would probably benefit most because she is stopping the challenge in 30 days so she can train for some endurance kind of function and this book would give all the info she needs to stay Paleo and run for the fun of her life!
