April Ab Challenge
Happy April everyone! As many of you know it is a new month and with this new month comes a new challenge. This month is all about the Abs, with summer time just around the corner it's time to start getting those puppies ready.
How do I participate?
Simply go this site every day and see what the challenge of the day is and then do it. You have to post your comments after you are done. Some days "time" will be a way to measure your efforts for the day. Either way post that you have completed the challenge for the day and what you thought.
How do I sign up?
Rules
The only rules are that you tell all your friends about this so they want play and then post daily. What a common trend as of lately has been is that people start it then on day 5 they stop. Don't be "That Guy"!

Did the 150, forgot to time .... crap
This is the first challenge I have participated in and I'm so ready to take it on. Todays time was 5:08 for the 150.

Plank with 9 burpees
75 knees to elbows in 7 sets of 10 and 1 set of 5. 75 knees to elbows should only be done after 1000 m of farmer's carry with as much weight as you can handle. I'm just saying...not complaining. Thanks Scott for making me more useful and harder to kill!
I'm a little behind posting but I did the 150 sit ups in 11 min and I did the 75 elbows to knees 5 at a time, but I did finish. Not bad for a 'baby boomer', right??
