The knees to elbows was not as hard as I thought it would be. It definitely helps to do the kipping. The hardest part as always is not being able to hold on to the bar for very long. My hands are all blistery again.

There's no bar where I am so I did 150 on the floor. Would like to try this on a bar to see how many I could do...and for the kipping practice.

Did 75 on the floor since I have no bar. Are we supposed to do more if it's on the floor?

Phil B - Did all 75 on the Bar, had to take several breaks.

Kim B - Knees to waist all 75

We did not realize you could do these on the ground, Kim was struggling holding on to the bar.

75 knees to waist on our pull-up bar at home. It's padded and still really killed my hands, I had to break after every 10 or so.
