wondering how to do tabata anything without a seconds hand on any clock. I think I figured out to do the actual exercise on the ground feet anchored by couch, due to no ball or gym equipment, but the counting seconds thing not too sure. Thought about counting seconds and reps at the same time...well... Im asking for help not a way out of this days challenge

About 115 on the floor. I was having a hard time counting while keeping track of time & reps (even though I was looking at my ipod's stopwatch). But I know I started @ 18 on the first rep and gradually ended up @ 10 on the last one.
