From Obese to Athletic

Read the story of a woman just about to turn 40 who is ready for a change because she is tired of what she see on the way to the shower every morning.  Pass this story on to "that" friend who has always talked about "weight loss" and not being happy where they are at physically.

Awesome story. I have been working out with a personal trainer for about 10 weeks now and my life is dramatically changing. What is the best is that he is very motivating and constantly encouraging and let's me text him or facebook him or call him with any questions or concerns or just to be encouraged when that evil weight monster tries to take you down.
