55# ball slam and wall ball?
What? Is that a lot? ;) I started with a different movement then moved to BS and WB and forgot to move the #.
I could do that all day long! ;-}, but it just seemed a little weird. So I did this WOD without the pull ups because the Epi is a crossfit nightmare sometimes. It took 8:40.
