Gas Work Park Experience-Thursday

We are meeting at Gas Works Park today.  Our meeting destination will be West side of the parking lot

AMRAP 20 Minutes
Max Push-ups
400m run
*starting on you toes: once your chest does not touch ground or knees touch ground your set is over
*starting on knees: once you can not peform chest to ground your set is over
