Quote of the Day
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit."

Rest Day or Make-up a missed WOD
by Keith M. Graves
"Irritability. Heart arrhythmia. Osteoporosis. Withdrawal pains. The huge quantities of stimulants in energy drinks can make them as risky as “real” drugs."
As many of you know I am an avid energy drink lover. It's my source of "pow" in the morning and sometime mid-afternoon. I ran into this article and thought I'd share it with you. Does this make me question my decision about choosing an energy drink for my "pick me up"? Maybe. Read this article and get anothers point of view on energy drink. Post your comments.

I look at it this way: I have a problem getting in enough water and energy drinks replace liquid that should be water. I hate the crash afterward too. My favorite name for an energy drink is "Woop Ass". I drank a few of them in my day.
nice article Coach Rockstar, I mean coach Scott. I know a guy who buys cases of tha stuff at Costco, meth head! he is a little bit weird anyway, he is in some kind of Fitness cult too!
that last comment was from coach Corey! didn't mean to be anonymous :)
Oh the sweet love of energy drinks. Yeah I'll definitey not have an intake of 3+ cans per day.
