I'd use coconut oil instead of the canola, and would use freshly-squeezed lemon or lime with a dash of fish sauce instead of soy sauce. I'd also add some heat! :)

I like Skylee's add to the recipe. I think I would also use coconut oil, but instead of all the fancy sauces I would throw in some fresh jalapanoes and red peppers and also those juices to marinate.
