150 anchored in 5:24
can't find my first time, my post disappeared. I think it was between 6 and 7.
but I have 3:41 from 4/6 for 100 unanchored so I got my split at 100this time (3:24)so i had something to compare.

also made up tabata penguins from 4/17. 554 total.

3 more ab challenges to make up.

Still slow at these: 11:02 total, though apparently I got through the first 100 in 6:23 and slowed down after that.

I don't have an old time for the anchored ones but the last 100 un-anchored time was 9:02
