The biggest difference I notice is the one I noticed on Saturday when I went to Old Navy and tried on a pair of size 6 pants and they fit! I recently got back into my size eights after the Look Better Naked Challenge. Haven't ever been healthy and been in a pair of 6s. The thing Ill keep doing for my diet is keep on keepin on, except I'll add a few cheat days in here and there. I think the best recipe was the paleo hummus (YUM) the best food that is new to my diet is the Coconut milk that I recently discovered, again (YUM)! I feel terrific!!!!! My question for you Scott is when does the pizza and ice cream cheat meal come in. Id like to get in on that one! :-)

Dang Patty!! Great work and sounds like you've been at it for a while. Good for you for the self discipline.
You're an inspiration!

Thanx Steph! My biggest lifelong challenge has been with food. I am determined to keep the upper hand now that I have the proper tools to get it and keep it where I want it! Its not so much about discipline as it is about getting in a rut and learning to like it.

I did strict Paleo, no Zone and didn't notice that much of a difference. I actually felt less stress with trying to stay in the blocks and being able to eat whatever I wanted (fat, carb,or protein) without pairing them all together. I was grouchy because it was really difficult to find non-dairy items that I liked and having to plan out every single meal. I only lost 2 lbs but I definitely noticed a flatter tummy.
I'll keep doing Zone because my body responds better to the pairing of foods and frequent small meals and it's more realistic for my lifestyle.

My favorite recipe was either the Paleo Banana Bread or the Margarita Shrimp. It was so yummy!
