On the minute of every minute perform 1 swing and 1 sit-up for the 1st minute then rest, 2 swings and 2 sit-ups the 2nd minute then rest, etc. Contiue until you can not keep up with the next minute.
Perform these movments:
Kettlebell Swing
Sit-ups
