6am, 1pm, 5pm, 6pm

Deadlift
1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1
rest 1 minute every set
*increase weight as needed
*warm up properly before WOD

New PR for me of 180#! I just kept adding 5 or 10 pounds each round and OMG I did my weight + around 30. I was pretty stoked, but didn't have anyone who would "get it" what a big deal it is. Yeah!
