3 rounds of:
3 back squats
6 Sumo deadlift high pull
9 Burpees
*pick your back squat and sdlhp weight
The workout will be done in relay fashion, using two-person teams. Teammate 1 starts off, goes through the first round and once Teammate 1 complete his/her 9th burpee Teammate 2 starts. Once each teammate finishes 3 rounds, the workout ends.
