With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerk the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerk the third minute.... continuing as long as you are able.
Score total rounds and partial reps in the last round completed.

Are you ever asked "What is CrossFit", from your friends?  You ever get caught up in your words because you can't explain it?  You can explain the movements, the program, and the coaches but you can't put your finger on one solid description.  Rather than getting caught up with your words simply explain what it is to you
