knees go WAY over her toes!!! Moi Moi BAD the leaning way forward causing her knees to go past her knees and I don't agree that you should NOT sit up straight!
He kept going on and on about not injuring your knees when in reality he essentially is promoting it by saying not to sit up straight and leaning way forward.
