Making Soliders Fit to Fight Without Sit-ups!

Thursday
(Tabata) On a treadmill with your recent 5k PR speed set the treadmill at a 12% grade and do 20 seconds all out and 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds
If you quit, lower wattage, or slow treadmill down... FOUL
Foul: 1 min of Jump squats


200 Squats
100 Double Unders
50 Push-ups
25 Burpees
100 Squats
50 Double Unders
12 Burpees

Okay so I know how far behind I am. I did the first 4 parts of this WOD and it took me 21:15; so sad, but it was a good workout! So not globo!
