60 Bar-Facing Burpees
30 Overhead Squats, 120/90
10 Muscle-ups

Cherie Chan 0 rounds + 5 muscle-ups (90lbs, 95 reps), Rory McKernan 0 rounds + 4 muscle-ups (94 reps).
